We are extremely grateful to the medical professionals who have attended to Cameron since he was first admitted to the Royal Children’s Hospital, as well as for the numerous volunteers associated with the Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation who have entertained, encouraged and supported Cameron.
We also want to extend a huge thank you to everyone whose heart-felt contributions to Cameron’s support effort have been expressed both here and in so many emails and other messages of encouragement, hope and prayer as well as through generous practical support, which has been provided to our family in so many unexpected ways.
